Kathmandu, May 8th 2017 : Chairman of Federal Socialist Forum- Nepal, Upendra Yadav, has said that his and his party’s serious attention was drawn towards a press statement released in the name of Federal Alliance.
In a press note issued Sunday in the capacity of coordinator of the Alliance and Chairman of Forum, Yadav has said, “I myself am the coordinator of the Federal Alliance and I would like to inform that no meeting was organized based on my suggestion on that day.”
“The so-called meeting held personally without inviting majority of the members of the alliance including coordinator myself and spokesperson Prof Dr Om Gurung cannot be the meeting of the Federal Alliance,” reads the statement further.
Yadav has also claimed that the decision taken to oust him from the capacity of coordinator was the move taken personally, so not the official one. The meeting was called against the norms, spirit and code of conducts of the Federal Alliance could not be legitimate, he argued.
Yadav has also termed the press statement released in the name of Mahantha Thakur as the political falsity, adding that it was a political dishonesty and there deplorable.
